Every sauna experience is a unique experience to awaken all the senses, bring pleasure, joy and deep relaxation. Cold with hot, sweet with bitter, slow with fast. Gentle, flowing, easy, uplifting, elusive, inspiring, changing, joyful, just very good. Let's enjoy together!
The bather recommends: Drink plenty of water the day before and on the day of the ritual, as we lose a lot of fluid when we sweat. On the PREVIOUS day, it is advisable not to eat meat products and anything that distends your stomach and makes you feel heavy
