3. Bookings and Reservations

  • Bookings can be made via the Website, third-party booking platforms, or direct contact.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after payment (full or partial) is received and confirmed.

  • Guests must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings if provided information is incorrect or misleading.

4. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.

  • ForRest Glamp does not store payment card information.

5. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless required by law.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the booking type, season, and booking platform.

  • Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.

  • In case of force majeure (weather, natural events, government restrictions), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services.

  • Sauna, hot tub, and SPA services are used at the guest’s own risk.

  • Guests should consult a medical professional if they have health conditions, are pregnant, or have concerns.

  • ForRest Glamp is not responsible for health issues arising from improper use of facilities or failure to follow instructions.

  • ForRest Glamp is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Latvian law.
