1. Scope of Terms and Validity
1.1. These terms apply to transactions between the individual (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") and the owner of the webpage www.forrestglamp.lv (hereinafter referred to as "ForRest Glamp Saullkrasti Online Booking"), RestEco SIA, for the purchase of products and services via the online platform.
1.2. All transactions conducted through ForRest Glamp Saullkrasti Online Booking are additionally governed by the legal provisions of the Republic of Latvia.
1.3. Transactions must be completed by persons who are legally competent and at least 18 years of age. In cases where transactions are made contrary to these rules, the owner of the bank account or payment card used will be held responsible.
2. Prices
2.1. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes as per Latvian law.
2.2. Carefully review the pricing details. Prepayment is required for certain rates. If you cancel a booking under a prepayment condition, the service provider reserves the right not to refund the prepaid amount.
2.3. Some lodges include private saunas or hot tubs, and SPA facilities are available on-site, along with sauna rituals. These services must be ordered separately for an additional price, which can be found on the website or by contacting the administration. Exceptions apply only if it is explicitly stated that the accommodation or holiday package includes saunas, hot tubs, or any SPA rituals and services as part of the accommodation or holiday package price.
3. Payment for Prepaid Accommodation
3.1. The Customer must pay the full amount for any product selected via ForRest Glamp Saullkrasti Online Booking. By completing the payment, the Customer confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Payments can be made via online banking or with Visa and MasterCard debit or credit cards
4. Booking and Confirmation
4.1. To make a booking, the Customer must provide all mandatory information (e.g., arrival and departure dates, name, email address, etc.). A booking is confirmed only after the Customer receives a confirmation email.
5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
5.1. Cancellation policies and refund terms may vary depending on the selected accommodation or holiday package. Always review the specific terms outlined in the booking details.
5.2. If no specific cancellation or modification terms are provided, the general terms apply:
- Season (May to September): Free cancellation is allowed at least 5 days before the arrival date.
- Off-Season (October to April): Free cancellation is allowed at least 48 hours before the arrival date.
- If these notice periods are not met, clause 5.4 will apply.
5.3. To modify your booking, contact ForRest Glamp Saullkrasti directly to agree on changes. Please note that rates and availability may vary.
5.4. In cases of non-arrival or late cancellation:
- During the off-season, the service provider may charge 100% of the first night as a No-Show fee.
- During the season, the provider may charge up to 100% of the first two nights.
- Additional costs incurred specifically for the booking must be compensated.
5.5. If unsure about cancellation deadlines, the Customer has the right to request email confirmation from the service provider specifying the exact deadline to avoid fees.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. Personal information provided during booking is treated as confidential and processed in accordance with Latvian data protection laws.
6.2. RestEco SIA may collect and process personal data but will not share it with third parties without the Customer's consent, except where required by law.
6.3. The collected personal data includes information provided during booking (e.g., name, address, phone number, email).
6.4. Payment security is ensured using the SSL protocol, protecting data from unauthorized access or alteration.
7. General information
7.1. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in starts at 15:00 (3 p.m.) on the arrival date, and check-out is by 11:00 (11 a.m.) on the departure date.
7.2. Smoking Policy: All lodges are non-smoking. Violations of this policy may result in additional charges for cleaning or other associated costs.
7.3. Pets Policy: Prior information about the intention to bring pets is mandatory. A charge of €25 per pet may be applied; please confirm this by contacting ForRest Glamp Saullkrasti. Ensure you bring a sleeping mat/blanket and dishes for your pet. If you do not have these items, inquire with the administration about the possibility of renting them.
7.4. Wildlife and Environment: The glamping site is located in a forest, and guests may encounter wild animals, reptiles, or insects, including mosquitoes during the summer. Guests are advised to use mosquito sprays or other repellents. If needed, contact the administration for mosquito repellent purchase or rental options. During the summer, campfires are strictly prohibited anywhere on the site.
7.5. Noise Policy: Guests are required to respect other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
7.6. Facility Usage Information: Guests will find specific brochures in their lodge explaining how to use the facilities available in each lodge.
8. Complaints and Disputes
8.1. Any disputes between the Customer and ForRest Glamp Saullkrasti Online Booking will be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the Customer has the right to contact the Consumer Protection Authority.
8.2. In situations not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Latvian legal provisions will apply.
